Shipping:

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes 24-48 hours to process orders. After the order is shipped, delivery time is 1-7 business days in the US (depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout).

Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will not ship until the next business day.

*Once the order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made*. 

Once the package is delivered by the carrier, NatureSheMade is no longer liable for the package.

What carrier do you use?

NatureSheMade is currently shipped through USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL.

Where can I find my tracking information?

The tracking information is sent automatically once the order ships to the contact information provided at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently NatureSheMade only ships to the USA.

NatureSheMade products are handmade with 100% natural ingredients.

Who can use your products?

Since all ingredients are natural. Men, women and children can use our products. Made for all skin types and hair textures.

What temperature do the products need to be stored at?

NatureSheMade products can be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or excessive heat. 

What happens if I receive my items damaged?

We will do our best to replace damaged items. Please contact us at info@natureshemade.com or call (904) 274-2060 as soon as possible, so we can take care of the issue.
